Job Purpose

  • Provide clerical and administrative support (primarily scanning procurement files) to the Procurement Division

Core Duties

  • Scan procurement files, organize electronic documents, data entry and data management, other miscellaneous clerical and administrative tasks  

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma and 2 + years related experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task and maintain flexibility 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
